Executive Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Provide campus wide communication to staff and/or congregation as needed
- Manage Campus-specific ministry rotations (weekend communicators, MOC, prayer oversight, staff teaching rotations, etc.)
- Manage and protect the ACP’s calendar and meeting requests by keeping them balanced and productive
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements and assist with Campus invoices.
- Support the review and management of the annual budget, special event budgets, and other recurring reports
- Assist with arranging travel, lodging, and various itineration needs when necessary (special guests, missions trips, etc)
CAMPUS / STAFF SUPPORT
- Support ACPs in planning and executing staff / leadership meetings (agendas, notes, action steps, and follow up)
- Support ACPs by attending weekend services, special events, and staff/leadership meetings, both on and offsite.
- Serve as liaison with various Victory teams (i.e. Operations, Creative, Strategic & Communication, Events, etc)
- Manage various Campus amenities (stocking breakroom, placing weekend food orders, staff & guest hospitality, etc)
- Contribute to strategic planning and assessment for the overall health of the Norcross Campus
- Assist Pastoral Care with Financial Aid Requests (FARs) on a designated rotation with other Victory staff
- Assist Executive, Central, & other Campus teams, as needed, to further the over-arching global vision of Victory Church
PASTORAL SUPPORT
- Provide ministry support when ACP teaches (procuring illustrative props, submitting slides, etc.)
- Provide hospitality support when ACP teaches (setup of Pastoral suite/greenroom, snack/food prep, breakdown, etc)

- 3+ years experience supporting teams, serving church leadership and/or project management
- Administrative Experience is required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
